◻️ Protocol Theory welcomes Ella Wilson as Strategic Operations Manager (AI, Insights & Execution). In this role, Ella will lead internal systems, AI-driven workflows, and operational delivery, ensuring the team scales effectively with clarity, precision, and impact.

Protocol Theory is pleased to announce that Ella Wilson has joined the team as Strategic Operations Manager – AI, Insights & Execution. Ella will lead internal systems, workflow design, and execution across the organisation to help us sharpen our clarity, scale our impact, and operate with precision.

With experience in global macro and Web3 research, process design, automation, and executive operations, Ella joins us to strengthen the connections between insight, strategy, and delivery. Her work will be central to streamlining our operations—from AI-driven workflows and content pipelines to project delivery systems, data aggregation, and executive support.

In this role, Ella will:

  • Drive internal automation and AI development, refining workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and build content workflows in collaboration with the Marketing team, enabling smooth, recurring publications from research capture through to publishing.
  • Implement project delivery systems and dashboards to monitor timelines, team capacity, and client progress.
  • Optimize internal documentation and knowledge flow across research, strategy, and insights functions.
  • Provide operational and executive support to our leadership team, including meeting prep, follow-ups, and cross-team coordination.
  • Ensure our AI tools and processes comply with regulatory, security, and data protection best practices, ensuring responsible use aligned with our values.

Ella’s service-oriented mindset, and her commitment to clarity, efficiency, and responsible innovation, make her a valuable addition to Protocol Theory.
